CUSTOMER SERVICE| FAQ

All Bianca Armer items are handmade to order & will take 2-10 weeks to ship depending on the piece. Leave your measurements if you want a custom fit! You may email me anytime for an update on your order. Please email me directly at biancaarmer@gmail.com. My priority is to provide excellent customer support. I try my best to answer all emails within 24-48 hours.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:  I do NOT accept returns. As all products are handmade, sometimes there will be imperfection but I do check for any damages before I ship, please consider this before you purchase anything. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me so we can figure out solution.

**Please do not send an item back without contacting me. I will not refund any orders that are sent back to me without notifying me first.** 

Exceptions for exchanges are only available when order is sent with wrong size or color. Please be sure to provide the correct and most accurate measurements before ordering. Be sure to email me if you have any changes to your sizing or color before your item is made and shipped out. You will be responsible for shipping costs when shipping order back for exchange.

SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES:
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. International orders are shipped via Fedex All shipping rates are calculated through USPS/FedEx and all packages are insured at their full value along with added signature required to protect your merchandise. All orders will be shipped to the address that is shown on buyer's profile when purchased unless noted otherwise.

Please leave your cell number to enable text message tracking updates from the shipping courier. International customers are responsible for duties & taxes incurred on delivery. All international orders are required to provide cell phone number & email so Fedex can contact recipent to pay duties & taxes upon delivery.

**Please make sure you provide me with your correct address, cell number & email. If any packages are sent back to me for insufficient address, I will contact you through the email you provided me. If you do not reply, I will not reship your order and you will not receive a refund.**

You are responsible to keep track of your package after you receive an email with your tracking number. Any abandoned packages by USPS/Fedex due to no delivery or no response from the receiver will not be refunded.

PRODUCTION/DELIVERY TIME FRAME: Everything is made and shipped by me. Please allow 2-10 weeks for your order to be made before shipped. This wait can sometimes be longer depending on how many people in the queue ahead of you. This wait might be a little longer than you are used to but please remember that you are purchasing something that is being created just for you, from a small independent business. Please understand that I will try my best to ship out your order as fast as I possibly can. 

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of Fedex and location. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 3 weeks. Tracking is provided for both domestic and international packages.

REPAIRS: Some pieces may be more fragile than others. Please be gentle. If you would like to request to replace a missing part (jump ring or connectors) please contact me immediately. My pieces are made using thousands of jump ring & connectors. Over time jump rings loosen and fall out. If your piece has loose jump rings please contact me. You would need to send it back for repairs. I do not charge extra for repairing but if you ordered over 2 months, you would need to provide for shipping costs. Any questions, please email me.


FAQ

Do you do custom orders? I I am always open for custom orders or if you have a request to tweak a collection item please email me. Please note all custom orders are final sale.

All items are custom made according to measurements provided. We do not accept refunds or returns. For cancellation of your order, please email me to make sure that your order has not been made yet. If so, there is a cancellation fee.

Do you accept rush orders? Everything is handmade, I do not accept rush orders and cannot guarantee delivery dates. All orders are made in the order in which they are placed. Everything will be made and shipped in a orderly manner.

Do you accommodate samples to loan out for shoots/magazines, etc? Please note I no longer allow loans. I offer rental. If you would like to feature Bianca Armer in an upcoming project, please fill out the contact form and put “Press” in the subject line, along with the details of your request. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. I require 2 weeks to prepare items.                       

If you are not able to pick up pieces in the Los Angeles, you will need to provide a waybill for the pieces to be delivered and returned.

Stylists must provide the following for all jewelry rentals:

  • Rental Deposit

  • Valid Credit Card & ID

  • Signed Authorization Form
